RESERVATION -
♥ Maximum 3 days of reservation, after the due date, items will be released out.
♥ Do inform us if you want to cancel the item you reserved asap.

PAYMENT -
♥ Payment should be made in 3 days time starting from the reserve date and inform us(via SMS/email) once you made your payment.
♥ No refunds once payment has made.
♥ All payments through Maybank account.

POSTAGE -
♥ RM6(POSLAJU) / RM4(POS EXPRESS) for West Malaysia
♥ RM8(POSLAJU) / RM6(POS EXPRESS) for East Malaysia
♥ Additional RM2 for every extra 1 item.
♥ We will not be responsible and no returns for any damages or lost item(s) during postage.
♥ Butterscotch's delivery day is on Friday, so kindly please plan your payment and orders! ;)
♥ COD is available in Mid Valley(RM3), Cyberjaya(RM3), Muar Johor(FREE), KL(RM5) and depends on the time.
